How do I book a tour?

Choose your tour and date, enter your details, and pay securely online. You will get an instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp. The whole thing takes about a minute.

What's included in the price?

We include a buffet lunch, water and 1.5 L of soft drinks, towels, a licensed guide, the boat and fuel, and life jackets. The snorkel mask is included on private boats and on the speedboat; on a shared bangka it rents for ₱100. Fins and aqua shoes rent for ₱150 and ₱100 on the day. Government eco-tourism and lagoon fees are collected separately on-site.

Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a dry bag for valuables. Towels are provided on board; so is the snorkel mask on private boats and the speedboat (₱100 rental on a shared bangka). Fins (₱150) and aqua shoes (₱100) can be rented on the day.

Can I book for a large group?

Absolutely. Smaller groups join a shared boat; larger groups can sail together across multiple boats on the same tour, or book a private charter. Message us on WhatsApp for groups of 15+.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If the coast guard suspends sailing, we'll reschedule you to another date or arrange a full refund.

Where do tours depart from?

Tours meet at our meeting point, usually El Nido Town Pier. We share the exact point and time in your confirmation.

Can I bring my children to the tour?

Yes, families are very welcome. Child-size life jackets are provided. Traveling with kids? Ask your operator about child rates on WhatsApp.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Pay by card, GCash, Maya, GrabPay or PayPal.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Our full cancellation policy is available on our website and sent with your booking confirmation. If the Philippine Coast Guard suspends sea travel on your tour day, we reschedule you for the next available day or issue a refund or voucher.

Are the tours suitable for non-swimmers?

Yes. Life jackets are provided for everyone and the crew stays close during snorkeling stops. You can enjoy the beaches and lagoons without being a strong swimmer.

What languages can I book in?

English and French. Crews speak English on the water; platform support is available in English and French on WhatsApp, around the clock.
